Twenty Seven on First is a magnificent villa overlooking the sea and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac offering a tranquil holiday environment. The guesthouse is within walking distance of the famous Camps Bay beach, with its trendy restaurants, shops, world class theatre and side walk cafes. A short drive will take you to the Table Mountain cable way, V&A Waterfront, city sights and Clifton beach.

Rooms

The guesthouse has four rooms, all individually decorated with en suite bathrooms. One room is ocean facing and the other three face onto the garden and mountain. Facilities in the room include: TV with satellite channels, wireless internet broadband, air-conditioning or heating, hairdryer, mini-bar and tea and coffee station.

Facilities

Breakfast is served on the patio, weather permitting, and the days are at leisure to relax at the poolside or explore the city sights. In the evening, cocktails are regularly enjoyed on the patio, served by your hosts as you sit and enjoy the spectacular sunset.
